Stroud's Texas Sheet Metal runs modern fiber laser cutting, CNC bending, welding, and CNC milling equipment to handle everything from one-off prototypes to full production runs.

 

Laser Cutting

Fiber laser cutting for precision flat parts, prototypes, and production runs.

Max material thickness:

• Mild Steel: up to 1/2" plate

• Stainless Steel (304 & 316): up to 1/4" plate

• Aluminum: up to 1/8"

​CNC Bending

175-ton Cincinnati press brake with a 12' bend length, capable of forming everything from small brackets to long panel runs in a single setup.

Welding

MIG and TIG welding available for mild steel and stainless steel projects, from structural assemblies to finish-grade weldments. (We're not currently taking on aluminum welding work.)

 

CNC Milling

Tormach 1100M CNC mill for precision machined features, drilling, tapping, and finishing work that complements our sheet metal fabrication.

• Travel: 18" X-axis, 11" Y-axis, 16.25" Z-axis

• Table size: 34" x 9.5"

• Spindle: 2 HP, up to 10,000 RPM

• Max table load: 500 lbs
