We operate a 1kW fiber laser capable of cutting tight detail with clean, production-ready edges across a wide range of materials and thicknesses.

Materials we cut:

  • Mild steel up to 1/2"

  • Stainless steel (304 & 316) up to 1/4"

  • Aluminum (5052 & 6061) up to 1/8"

  • All AR & Hardox grades up to 1/2"

Maximum sheet size:
60" × 120" (5 × 10)

Our laser is well-suited for brackets, plates, wear parts, structural components, and precision-cut profiles requiring consistent edge quality and tight tolerances.

Files, CAD & Design Support

We accept:

  • DXF

  • DWG

  • STEP

  • PDF

CAD and design services are available, and all customer files are reviewed before cutting to ensure accuracy and efficiency. We regularly help customers convert sketches, correct dimensions, and clean up problem files.
